A herbal consultation is a space to discuss, review and explore your health needs which allows your herbal practitioner to find the best treatment methods for you. Herbalists recognise that symptoms are often linked, and therefore aim to cover all aspects of your health. This provides an in-depth insight into your body’s constitution, allowing for the discovery of plants suitable for your specific needs.

Initial consultations can last up to 2 hours, which gives us enough time to discuss current and previous health conditions, any medication you may be taking, nutrition and all of your body systems. Following the initial consultation, you will be provided with a comprehensive treatment plan, as well as a prescription of herbal medicine. To check your progress, we will arrange follow up consultations depending on the nature of your health conditions.
